| Jack Griffis became a licensed real estate broker in 1977 in the state of California. After three months he entered the commercial and apartment markets not only as an agent, but also as a principal. Shortly thereafter he specialized in IRS Sec. 1031 tax deferred exchanges and has extensive experience in this field, having pursued this type of transaction almost exclusively for seventeen years.
Realizing that new & experienced investors, as well as real estate agents, want a simple way to know whether or not a property would be a good financial investment, and what the price should be, Griffis decided to write a simple, easy to read financial analysis program that would have all the important information. That program is used for the benefit of Griffis' clients and is sold online to agents and investors at www.quik-calc.com.
In Nevada, Griffis specializes in commercial property transactions with an emphasis on the industrial market. He is currently enrolled in the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) program.
